Our client is the UK’s leading reference point in card payment solutions for SME’s, offering comprehensive, unbiased advice for businesses looking to compare card payment providers. The MD is looking for a Client Services Manager to assist him in the development of the business by responding to inbound B2B enquiries & admin duties. Knowledge of merchant services is not essential.
Based in Horwich, Bolton and working 35 hours Mon – Fri with flexible start & finish times, you will have experience in B2B, CRM databases and strong admin skills. There is an option to work from home 2 – 3 days a week after probation.
You will follow up on enquiries and help develop current processes to improve conversion rates, quality of service and maximise conversions.
The firm offers a competitive £24k starting salary plus discretionary bonus, flexible working hours etc.
