Our mission is to support businesses of all sizes in ‘hiring the right team’. But there’s a problem.
Why do we focus on ‘Affordable’?
Multiple surveys indicate the average permanent recruitment fee in the UK is around £4500, which simply put, is un-affordable for most Micro & SME businesses.
Yet in the UK there are more Micro & SME businesses than there are large employers, and they employ more people than large employers.
